Refund and Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Returns and refunds are accepted only under the following 2 conditions:

  1. Damaged Product: If the product is received damaged.

  2. Wrong Product: If the delivered product is not the same as the one ordered.

Important Notes:

  • Return requests must be made as soon as possible after delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Once the return is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 3 business days.

Refunds will only be issued after the returned product is inspected and approved.
